| d at home Obituary Consultant in genitourinary medicine, Singleton Hospital, Swansea 1970-84 (qualified St Mary's 1953), died of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma on 14th February 1997. He was reponsible for the early development of HIV services in West Glamorgan and was much loved by his patients, for whom he worked tirelessly. A quiet gentle man, Ralph's main hobbies were tennis, fishing, bridge, and gardening. He was delighted to hear four days before his death that his elder son had gained his PhD.
