The Times, 27/10/2017 in an article about his son Chips' chairmanship of Arsenal FC said that he (Tony) had helped organise the Special Operations Executive for Sir Winston Churchill, was involved in the Normandy landings and subsequently worked for the Royal Family. His (Chips') grandfather and great-grandfather served the country as MPs. |
