An Album compiled between 1829 and 1831 by Miss Sophia Syer of Kedington Rectory (and bearing her father's monogram BBS) was given to the Trust by Amanda Coates of Fareham in February 2021.
Inter alia it contained the following caution for doctors:
A physician boasting his great knowledge of his profession said he never heard any complaints from his patients. One wittily replied 'very likely Doctor, for the faults of physicians are generally buried with their patients'.
