Richard died at home of lung cancer caused by air pollution. His funeral will take place at 12.30 pm on Monday 16th January 2023 at St. John's Church, Mattock Lane, London W13 9LA followed by committal at 2.40 pm at Mortlake Crematorium, Kew Meadows Path, Townmead Road, London TW9 4EN.The Funeral Directors are Haven Funeral Services, 13 The Broadway, Gunnersbury Lane, London W3 8HR.
