His fourth marriage in 1996 was to the Hon. Sarah Grenville Peyton. The Telegraph, dated 15 08 2001: 'Thrice divorced Industrialist has put £500,000 into a pioneering scheme to teach sixth formers about the realities of marriage. Rex Chester 66, a former Chairman of a Paint Manufacturing Company sold his family's estate in Hampshire to fund the project, which seeks to prevent divorce. A father of five who has been married for five years to his fourth wife. Awarded the MBE for services to young children in 2009. The above scheme is backed by three Bishops.' Rex was the son of Reginald Percy Chester born 1889 Nottinghamshire and died June 1968 Winchester, Hampshire and Violet Gladys I Fernley born 1891 and died 1982 Winchester, Hampshire.
