| Baron Palumbo was the son of Rudolph Palumbo and was Chairman of the Arts Council, 1959 to 1977. He married firstly, in 1959 Denia Wigram daughter of Lionel Wigram. They had James and two daughters, Laura and Annabella but divorced in 1977. James founded the night club and business empire, Ministry of Sound |
