| b Hendon, Middlesex d Worthing, Sussex Olivia's parents were Charles Edward A Semple (a Doctor of Medcine), born in London 1844 who died in Hendon, Middlesex in 1895, and Julie Lucetta Johnson, born in London in 1845 and died in Fulham, London in 1887. They had married in Thanet, Kent in 1880. It is understood that a son (1876) and a daughter (1878) were born prior to the marriage. |
