Peggy's parents were Robert Henry Ramsay Mackay born 5th August 1877 in Tunbridge Wells, Kent who died in Canterbury in 1954 and Beatrice Caroline Arbuthnot born 5th February 1883 in Havant, Hampshire who died on 8th July 1953 in Canterbury, Kent. They had married on 21st April 1906 in Frome, Somerset. In 1939 Robert was a landowner and a JP. |
