He was a Solicitor and was Clerk to the Commissioners of Taxes and Clerk to the Magistrates. He was a keen sailor and was the recipient of a handsome silver cigar box from "Flag Officer and Members of the Royal Harwich Yacht Club, 1882-1904" He lived at The Manor House, Oulton, near Lowestoft where he died. |
