| Educated at Radley and commissioned into 3rd Bn Gloucestershire Regiment and saw service in South Africa in 1900. Sir Hugo married secondly on 26th November 1931 Deborah Warschowsky, daughter of Samuel Warschowsky. As he had no choldren he was succeeded by his nephew. |
