| Harry was baptised at St Antholin's, Budge Row, London on 11 03 1746. The Barkham Manor Estate near Wokingham includes a fine country house probably built in the 1640s to replace the old medieval Barkham Court. It changed hands a number of times before being bought by Thomas #12194 and Harry Fonnereau in 1783. The brothers rebuilt the house to become the present Barkham Manor House. For reasons unknown they sold it on very soon in 1787. One guesses that Thomas' health was the reason as he died the following year. |
