The reason is not understood. Frank's parents were John Walter Pickin born 1838 and died 1892 at Eccleshall Bierlow, Yorkshire and Emily Parkinson born 1842 and died 1921 at Eccleshall Bierlow, Yorkshire. They had married on 28th January 1861 in Sheffield and had 8 children. |
