| d Christchurch, Hampshire Frances' parents were John Windus a solicitor who died in 1848 and Jane Mary Yarington (died 1869/70). They had married in Swaffham in 1823. Their first son, John W Windus (1825-1898) joined the prastice working in Epping. By 1851 the practice was called Windus and Amys at Hill House in Epping and was run by JWW and JDA in partnership. JWW died in Epping |
