Ellis Lund travelled from Liverpool 21 12 1907 to Melbourne, Australia and arrived in February 1908 (retired). He had married previously 14 6 1877 Simla, Bengal, India to Sarah Temple Bowles. They had a daughter Constance Mary Lund born 1880 India and died 1960 UK. (? There is an Ellis Lund serving as a Private (number 1987) in 1871 Jullunder, India with the 92nd Gordon Highlanders Regiment of Foot). He was the son of Thoms Lund born 1818 Yorkshire and died 1876 Yorkshire and Mary Hanson born 1819 and died 1895 Yorkshire. They married 1842 Bradford, Yorkshire. Ellis Lund died 9th June 1925 Darling Point NSW ( recorded Occupation: retired Indian civil servant.) |
