| d Children's Hospital, Waterloo, London David got meningitis in India and was brought back to England by his mother in a troopship. He was taken to the Children's Hospital, Waterloo, London but died of encephalitis and typhoid. He is buried in the South Metropolitan Cemetery & Crematorium, opposite St. Luke's Church, Norwood, London EC4, No. 130. Grave 37775. His parents loved him so much but hardly spoke of him - too painful. |
